In Pro-Fab's machining facilities you will find CNC - miling and turning:

  • HAAS VF6 3 axis CNC mill with X-64" Y-32: Z-30" travel
  • HAAS VFTR 5 axis CNC mill with X-30" Y-16 " Z-20" travel
  • HAAS VF2 3 axis CNC mill with x-30" Y-16" Z-20" travel
  • HAAS Mini-Mill 3 axis X-16" Y-12" Z-10" travel
  • HAAS SL-20 CNC lathe with 10.3" diameter, Z-20" travel

and many manual machines. Our CAM software is ESPRIT 2010 with 5th axis capability.

Pro-Fab machines to tolerance, whether it is your build to print project, or Pro-Fab designed.

 

Pro-Fab's new Brown & Sharpe Model One CMM (coordinate measuring machine) inspection system uses PC-DMIS CAD software. The Model One measures to a tolerance of 0.5 microns (.00002 inches).
